👋 Hi! I'm Freya.

I'm 9 years old, and I built this whole website because I love learning and I love playing games. Every question, every game, every drawing template was something I wanted to make. There are over 3,000 questions across 26 different topics — from animals to ancient history to music!

The site is completely free. There are no ads. Nothing tracks you. You don't even need to make an account.

🔒 Privacy

Nothing about you ever leaves your device.

• Your scores, profiles, drawings, and custom questions are saved only in your browser (using a feature called localStorage). They're not uploaded anywhere.
• If you clear your browser data — or use a different computer — your scores will be gone. That's the trade-off for total privacy!
• The site uses privacy-first analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) which counts how many times each page is viewed but does NOT use cookies, does NOT identify individual visitors, and does NOT collect any personal information. We just like to see if people are using the site!
• We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Because we don't collect personal data at all, this is easy.

👶 For Parents

This site is designed for ages 6+ but works great for older kids and even adults too. Some of the harder questions are genuinely tricky!

• Multiple kids on one device? Use the Player Profile button (top-right) to create a profile for each child — their scores stay separate.
• No payments are ever required. The "Buy Freya a book" buttons are optional tips. Children should always ask a grown-up before clicking them.
• Educational coverage: animal trivia, geography (capitals, world atlas, Australian, landmarks), history (ancient, medieval, pirates, inventors, mythology), music (composers, pop, instruments, note reading), maths (times tables, division, counting, patterns, memory), art (free draw, coloring, pixel art, symmetry), and word searches.
• Works offline after the first visit, so it's perfect for car trips and planes.

• Photos of animals, landmarks, paintings and instruments come from Wikipedia (Wikimedia Commons), used under their open licences.
• Built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No frameworks. No tracking libraries.
• Hosted on Netlify. Designed to be open and easy to inspect — feel free to "View Source" and learn how it works!
• Made with help from Claude (an AI coding assistant) — but every game design choice, every difficulty level, and every topic was Freya's idea.
